Frequently asked questions
I'm not Italian and I don't want to study in Italy. Can you still help?
Yes. We help students of every nationality study in any country, not only in Italy. Choosing a course, applications, scholarships, documents and arrival: the path is the same, only the rules of your destination change, and we take care of those.
I'm Italian and I want to study abroad. Will you guide me?
Yes, and it's an important part of our work. We help you choose the country and the university, prepare your applications and look for scholarships, right up to departure and beyond.
Do you help with paperwork and housing abroad too, or only in Italy?
Abroad too. We prepare visa documents, residence permits and local paperwork following the rules of the country you arrive in. For housing, we point you to reliable residences and listings and check the contract before you sign. Visas and permits are decided by consulates and authorities: our job is to make sure your file arrives complete and on time.
So why do you talk so much about Italy?
Because it's our base. In Italy we handle the whole path ourselves and know universities, offices and deadlines up close, so there we can follow you even more closely. But it isn't a limit: the method is the same wherever you want to go.
Can I have the consultation in my own language?
When we can, yes. Our team works from different parts of the world and speaks different languages: if you speak the language of one of our team members, that's who you'll talk to. Everything is easier in your own language, especially at the start. Otherwise, we work in English or Italian.
Can you guarantee admission or a visa?
No, and be wary of anyone who promises it. Admissions, visas and scholarships are decided by universities, consulates and funding bodies. What we do is prepare your file carefully and on time, and give you an honest answer even when it isn't the one you hoped for.
